    Hi
Without naming names....we are considering going with a new Franchise flooring operation in ireland to install our new floors. They are new to market and trying to build up a reputation....but are well known in UK.
Considering going with them for a number of reasons....arrived on time for consultation, quote was quick ( some other who came out never came back with a quote), and seem to know what they are doing!
Considering also an ac4 laminate throughout the downstairs.

Just wondering if anyone has worked with a similar franchise and if Ac4 sounds ok to use in the downstairs of a house?

    Thanks
    Maura

Hard to comment without knowing who you are talking about.

    Ac4 should be fine though?

AC4 should be fine, however these days you can get an AC5 floor for a very similar price ! AC5 is a 50% increase in quality.
