Life in a Northern Town is a tune

Say what you like about Dario G but he knew how to source a good sample.

Ha, I used to love that show!

I didn't know Phil Coulter wrote that, from now on I will be referring to him as "Phil Coulter, who co-wrote the theme to Supergran"

Hello, the star billing this week is the slight return of the Old Grey Whistle Test!

    https://twitter.com/BBCFOUR/status/966081363995750401

Whispering Bob is front and centre with other former presenters and a live video vote like they used to do, should be an entertaining three hours worth watching live or sticking a tape in. They have a few other OGWT shows to round off the evening.

Sky Arts has a new showing on Sunday of the Concert for George, the 2002 tribute concert for George Harrison with an All Star line up. This concert is being re-released in cinemas and DVD/Vinyl so they might not repeat it again soon (or perhaps they will, who knows?) Well worth a look anyway, I think

Plenty of the usual stuff going on as well ...
