Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

    Dirty, dank, grey, breezy, November morning in East Galway rotating between miserable misty rain and heavier showers. Add to that a toasty 13 degrees ensuring that when you put on a jacket to stay dry your too warm.

    North Kildare, heavy rain, breezy, 13.3c - truly awful.

    The hubby is off for the week since yesterday to do some carpentry work in the house. Needs to do loads of cutting of wood outdoors and needs dry weather. He picked just about the worst period of time for the work. Needless to say, he didn't get anything done yesterday, most likely will get nothing today and probably the same tomorrow :(

    Overcast and breezy.Temp 14.8c. Some decent sunshine today at times but the breeze spoiled it somewhat. Max Temp of 18.9c which was recorded early at 10.24am.
