    What is the fight week incentive pay? Is it to do with media/sponsor appearances in fight week or something along those lines?

    Exactly that.
    Reebok sponsorship, media and code of conduct.

    Some jump for Cowboy. He was coming in guaranteed 185k walks away with 265k on top.

    Previously it was sub of the night and KO of the night , they changed that to two performance of the night bonuses instead.
