That is exactly what I'm doing. Grumpy's hernia op is next week so I'll have anxiety prior and stress post, so I'm topping up on zen vibes whenever they come my way.

Sleep tips - Booze or Sex. Booze and sex. (a personal fave) Nice scents around the gaff like incense or candles. No harsh lights, keep things dim before bed. Phones and TV never stop me sleeping, but no news or anything too stimulating. The most important one, is a happy mind.

At my tech desk downloading various things to enhance my new system.

Nothing too stimulating in relation to news on phones or TV programmes. but I'm sure you knew that. However the phone does come in handy for our own personal usage, but we are looking at ourselves.

Very stimulating, but it helps you sleep.
