Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

    Ok well I’ve everything to my accountant so I’ll see what she says , i told her the tenants don’t withhold tax, they are foreign and prob don’t know any more than I do. I do have a property manager who deals with them and he never mentioned anything about the tenants needing to pay 20% of the rent and he knows I live abroad.

    Pay an accountant a few hundred to do the return for you, and submit it to Revenue.

    Get your income and expenditure together and have it real tidy for him/her.

    Before you make a hames out of it yourself.

    🤣🤣🤣🤣 I realized that about 5 mins in trying to do it myself .
