Showers feeding down on a Northerly flow over the next few days convective in nature over land producing some heavy showers with the risk of hail and thunderstorms, more so in the Northern half of the country. Best chance of thunderstorms in the afternoon during peak diurnal heating. Nice bit of Deep Layer Shear showing up on the charts for Weds.

I don't remember such a haily period of weather. Several days now of decent hail showers.

Sunday looks interesting with the low quite close to the country and quite breezy if not windy overland from the SW / S with bands of quick moving showers moving up over the country, probably an occluded front also. Milder then of late with more humidity. Lots of low level and deep layer shear available with the jet overhead by then. Cooler uppers and the strong sun probably kicking off convection leading to some heavy blustery shower's with hail and lightning a possibility, more so in the Western half of the country . Charts will change a bit but looking decent for convection. An interest to see what comes of the set up.
