Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

    "Nyx was beautiful, shadowy and formidable – the only goddess Zeus ever feared." She was very protective of her son Hypnos, the god of sleep, both denizens of the underworld. Although today these gods have been replaced with science and technology, there are still problems with sleep.
    Something is very wrong. Despite decades of innovative sleep research, escalating numbers of new sleep specialists and clinics, and an explosion of media attention and public health education initiatives, the epidemic of insufficient sleep and insomnia appears to be getting worse.

    What's the answer? More monies for sleep research, or go ask Nyx to help with her son Hypnos, or both?
