Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

    Greetings travellers,

    I have devised a music quiz SHEEP which hopefully the flock will come join!

    For newcomers, the object of SHEEP is to give the answer which you think most people will give. The most popular answers for each question will form a SHEEP, and the person with the most points at the end of all the questions wins!


    GOOGLE is allowed.

    PM your answers to me. DO NOT post answers in thread.


    NAME:

    1. A person Billy Joel mentions by name in the song We Didn't Start The Fire
    2. A bassist past or present who isn't Paul McCartney
    3. A drummer past or present who isn't Ringo Starr
    4.  Someone who appears on Sgt. Pepper's album cover who isn't a member of The Beatles
    5. A music act that isn't regarded as real/human (i.e. a cartoon or in costume etc.)
    6. A singer/musician whose current/past partner was/is also famous (no need to name the partner)
    7. A fictional or non-fictional film/docu about an artist/group/band

    Can we get some clarification on what 15 means. Not looking for examples or anything, I just don't understand what it means...

    Is google allowed in Sheep? Why can I never remember?

    Yes, you are allowed to google and do research. I can post to N. Ireland as well.

    Just to clarify no.15. You have two options:

    1. Something you use to listen to music.
    2. Something you use when listening to music.

    So theoretically, there's a host of answers, as you might clean toilets while listening to music, and then your answer could be 'toilet brush'.:)

    On question 18, lots of big music labels have subsidiaries, but I won't be doing any grouping favours, so you have to be specific.

    I've had a quick scroll through the entries and I think I know the current leader. Still a couple of weeks to enter.
