Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

    My God, whoever is in charge of this department in UL should be given their P45.
    They don't answer the phone, they don't answer emails or when they do it's weeks later.
    I'm in the position now where I'm possibly going to have to drive from where I am now 130 miles to them in UL because they won't answer the phone! I'm trying since last Friday. I've even had other departments forward on my call to them only once I'm patched through I'm left hanging on the line again as it rings out without an answer. It's absolutely unacceptable. I pay my fees to UL every year and expect even a basic level of communication.
    Does anyone know what time their office stays open until please? Thanks
