Anyone that’s done the programme, what’s the earliest people in your group were getting up? I really want to do it but would leaving the house by 4.15 and getting 1.5 hours public transport. I’m hoping I’d adjust to the early starts but any first hand experiences would be really welcome.

Have you asked the gym if anyone else in the area is doing it, that would be happy to give you a lift. I know in mine I collected and dropped a couple people who didn't have cars. Unnecessary but got a few vouchers as a thanks from them.

I see Richie Cranny has announced he's leaving w2w. Cited differences in direction, it got too big for him I'd imagine and he was kind of left as a spare part. His first investor Nick and John Kavanagh are running the show now.

I think he had taken it very far. But they have taken on so much investment that they have a obligation to run it in the interests of their investors.

Nick will be CEO. I don’t think John will be running it at the top, he’s an MMA coach not a businessman. Although, I’ve seen John referred to as “co-founder” so might be placing him as a Paddy Power esque front man.

It's now Alta Warrior Training. Crap name but it's got slick branding and definitely in that CrossFit, F45 style.
