Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

An additional year of historic Births, Marriages and Deaths (Index entry and register image) are now available to view on the website www.irishgenealogy.ie website. The records now available online include: Birth register records – 1864 to 1920; Marriage register records – 1845 to 1945 & Death register records – 1871* to 1970

Hmm, that update mentioning those years is dated 8/1/2020, i.e. a year ago.

Hmm, the site is slow this morning but is now returning results for 1920 births, 1945 marriages and 1970 deaths (hello, modern era).
However, on some links, I'm only getting transcriptions, which could just be unlucky clicks.
I notice too that there's a new format for the pdf viewer.

Woohoo!

Now, where did I put my list of automatic checks for when this site updates?

Anybody getting a cert revoked message from irishgenealogy.ie? When clicking on Church or Civil Recond links?
