Does anyone here have any experience in setting up a covenant, or trust, for the children's long term financial welfare?

I've done a trust, but I did it through a solicitor. This is not something to play with yourself in my view. Its very complex and you cant make a mistake.

I wasn't sure was it a solicitor, or accountant process. Thanks

Financial well-being in cork advise on this from financial planning side of things but you’d need to have solicitor / accountant involved to to make sure you are doing it correctly without affecting entitlements.
