    Hi all,

So I have decided to give up drinking altogether after another escapade.

I had previously given up drinking for two months but fell off the wagon at a work do on Saturday night. Didn't drink for half of the night but everyone else was well oiled and I started to do well at what was a casino night.

Got langered and fell off the wagon. A blackout ensued and one of my mates took me home in a taxi. Have a major dose of the fear right now.

Going to try to take it one day at a time, and hit that two month mark again.

I am currently living abroad and not particularly enjoying it so that is probably contributing to why I fell off the wagon. Returning home for good at Christmas though.

I will keep you all posted!

Good for you for giving it another go, it's a learning process. If you can't over there, when you do come home grab all the support you can get to help you. It's too hard to do alone. You can do it, if someone offered to help don't be ashamed to take it. It's so worth it in the end. Take care of yourself :)
