    Hope someone here can help here;
    My Zanussi condenser drier no water in the tank, The condenser itself is down at floor level, the tank just under the counter.
    The pump is running ok.... but very little water collecting beneath the condenser so none there to be pumped up.

    Any ideas?

    Condenser vacuumed regularly, filter cleaned after every use, drier heating up too.

    The pump needs removing and checking to see that the impeller isn’t damaged, clean out the pump housing for sludge etc that will cause the pump from sucking up the water

    Poured a jug of water in beneath the condenser and the pump pumped it up into the collection tray straight away.
