Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.
Thanks all.

    Of course it does.

Not in the core plan. You keep your €20 credit and have the option of buying an unlimited minutes add-on for €15 of your credit if you so wish.

I've no need for unlimited minutes so I spend my €20 credit elsewhere.

Did you forget to turn roaming on?

Nope and I literally wasted hours talking to tech support both from the UK and from Spain.

Voice service was fine in both places, just no data.

That plan was great when you could still use IOU credit, so I could send the leftover credit to my kids. Once they removed that service, I found I was just building up loads of credit I didn't really have a use for (I know you rent movies etc, but why would I want to do that ;) )

I'm with the Virgin phone and can confirm i have the same issue with not getting automated texts from the likes of Bank of Ireland. For example try adding a new payee and you can't get the BOI text message to activate it.
This was fixed by Virgin before but it's certainly broken again now for the last few months.
