Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

    What's the leeway with the time fast track time? If I book for 07:30 can I only then avail of fast track at that time exactly?

    I had the same question myself and they told me they allow 30-45 minutes leeway either side of the prebooked time slot.

    With the amount of people who have probably booked 10 passes at a time, I'd say it will be quicker to go through the ordinary queue! :D
