    THE WHALE

Long has she swam in the sea of her home

Long has she giving life to her young

Her mate her guardian he shall protect her

For their love is deeper than the seas

In which they live in which they live

For this is their ocean this is their home

Far from the shores from which they come again they come

For beyond their seas there is a world they fear

A life which does not exist within their home

With their ships and guns they search the sea and then

They hunt them down they hunt them down

In terror they swim for in fear they see

Weapons tearing through flesh again and again

And their cries are heard across their seas for their love one

Cut bodies they see cutting bodies they see

    All her young they slaughter

As her mate attempt in vain

To save their lives save their lives

But they butcher him to yeah they butcher him to

She swims to our shores for she all alone

Round her we gather save her we try

But we don’t understand no we don’t understand

She come here to die she come here to die
