Hi Paddy223,

Thanks for getting in touch with us here today.

If you are unsure of your 6 digit 365 Pin number to access your online account we would recommend that you call our customer service team on our Freephone number when in ROI on 1800 946 156 and one of our advisors will be more than happy to help you with this.

Once you have reset your PIN you can access your statements by logging into your account through the website, select statements and statements and documents.
