Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

    An ceapann sibh go raibh orthú é a dhéanamh níos éasca bliain seo ná na bliana imithe? Cad í an réisúin leis sin? An "strike" a bhí ag na múinteóirí? ... nó rud eile... ?

    Do ye think they had to make it easier this year than the years gone? What's the reason for that? The teachers strike?... or something else?

    bhuel , bhí gach scrúdú níos easca ó na bliana eile(bhuel cheap mé). ceapaim mar sin bhí sé easca mar an teacher strike .
    every test was easier than other years (i thought). i think it was cuz of the strike.

    As daveirl said, the papers were set before the strike situation went a bit haywire.

    I found the LC hons Irish papers quite easy but maybe it was just good fortune.. wink.gif I think also that they feel that it's important for the honours paper to be "doable" since so few students actually sit it.
