Looking for size 18-20 80s-style debs dress

I'm planning a drag cabaret thing and looking for a 80s-style debs/prom/bridesmaid dress.with sleeves.

But it's hard to find, even online, Depop, Etsy, etc.

https://www.ebay.com/itm/Vintage-80s....c100033.m2042

Something like

someone size 18-20 is going to look horrendous in that -but nothwithstanding its a drag act so grotesque is probably the look -if you got a lace up corset and long coloured gloves paired with an elastic ‘necked’ skirt ( not sure of the terminology) you could possibly come close to creating a similar enough look.

if you wanted to spend money and have those exact dresses made in that style for your size there is a crazy second hand shop in smithfield square in dublin -it sells all kinds of clothing and occasional gasmasks and costume jewellery and random military gear.Uf you walk through that shop there is a debs dressmaker who sells off the peg dresses and who will go through patterns and make what you want from scratch. Suspect it’ll cost you though.

Penneys had a lot of very 80's looking tops around Christmas time, tafetta, puffy sleeves, awful looking very 80's
You might find some on a sale rack. Match it with skirt, debs dress.

I had an 80s bridesmaid costume need recently and we just picked up second hand usual bridesmaids dresses and added the puffy sleeves and a bow here and there ourselves.

I like the top: but that pink balloon-sleeved dress looks a bit like a nightie, not glam at all.

If you were thinking of using only the skirt of it, (cutting off the bodice) you'd need quite a lot of stiff petticoats underneath to make it look any way debs-ish.
