Stuck on them and they're after offering the 10 euro SIM only bill pay for 12 months. Better than the 20 prepay since it includes calls which are expensive on prepay.

Just tried twice, via webchat and phone. No offer made to keep my custom, in fact I was informed on the phone call my monthly bill will be increasing from €20 to €28 when my contact is up at the end of November 😲.

Just off web chat with 3, no way were they giving me the offer. Told them im leaving if they dont match. They said they are planning to lauch new plan to match GoMo but not available at the moment. I said no good to me im off to GoMo. They said bye bye. Ill wait a day to see if I get any marketing calls.

That's what I am on. I asked them of they could price match or I'm off, so they did.

Maybe give it another try?
