Hi Lads, apologies if this has been done before. I am looking for a club or contact details and specifically some one to provide one on one tuition for a beginner in the East Clare/Limerick area, any recommendations would be appreciated.

If you dont get any specific reply from someone here give the NARGC a buzz https://nargc.ie/become-a-nargc-club-member/, they will be able to give you details of clubs local to you.

It's a good time and bad time for club applications.

Good times, because most clubs will be having thier AGM in the next coming months and it is usually then they deal with new applications.
Bad times, there may not be any AGM for the foreseeable future (my own club has postponed ours) due to the current restrictions.
specifically some one to provide one on one tuition for a beginner

The NARGC conduct firearms safety courses but they don't go as far as teaching / coaching shotgun skills. There are a few locations (closed now), that you could book into for safty courses, basic lessons, and coaching, all will cost you. Otherwise you would be reliant on club members giving up thier time to accommodate you. Not all clubs have facilities for teaching newbies. Your best bet is to buy a few days on a clay range when all this madness is over.

Thanks for the reply, Il start with seeking out the safety course after this has died down.
