Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

Vrt on concerted campervans.

    I’m just wondering what the differences in charges are for vrt etc on a converted campervan. Difference in converting from a panel van or a minibus.

    Am I right in saying the vrt when converting from a panel van is 13% of what they deem to value to be ?

    Is it the same calculation for a minibus?

    13.3% of open market value less any VRT paid in the life of the vehicle

    If it was a private registered minibus 9 seats or less the VRT paid already would usually cancel out the VRT calculated for conversion.

    If a panel van the VRT paid already would depend on year of registration but either way it wont cover calculated VRT for camper conversion.
