Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

    please move if in the wrong place.I have just bought a second hand mobile home.It seems to be really well looked after.As its beside the sea should I treat the chassis with some sort of paint or grease every year to prevent rust.Many thanks,

    No sorry,pity there doesn't seem to be a dedicated form on boards for mobile homes as I'm sure it would be good.

    If you're concerned about the steel rusting, you could treat it with schutz or something similar to prevent rust.
