    Such as?

He only flew back in from Korea today. All the others were back earlier and are fine
Thats the gist of what Poch said

Son also said the players were lucky to get out of the N Korea game without getting injured.

All signs pointing to him starting in bench but you never know.

Sounds like they were just glad to get out of North Korea.

Just had a look at Son's recent form after international windows. In the past 6 windows (back to start of last season), he was benched for the first spurs game following 4 of them.

The only 2 he played were when the previous game was closer (Turkmenistan and Qatar). Any time he played in Korea and had a fixture in England on the Saturday, he was benched.

    Thinking of selling now

Bournemouth with Norwich and Watford in the next two looks a party worth joining. Could do either Greenwood >Solanke or Saka >Hilson. Anyone seen them play recently or have an opinion on the matter?

Thinking Ota & Cantwell to Dunk & CHO

Salah and Cantwell to Mané and CHO for a -4.

  • Registered Users Posts: 12,020 ✭✭✭✭eh i dunno

Thoughts on Maitland-Niles, cebellos aguero out and TAA maddison Wilson in for - 4

    Dendoncker -> Traore

Madness. Traores double figures score is a total one off, flash in the pan, never to happen again event. Just stick with Dendoncker, will probably be on your bench most of the time anyway, and spend the 0.5 elsewhere.

Who loses out for Chelsea with CHO back? Kovacic?

I'm torn between banking and a -4

Banking means I play Soy (v BUR) and Pukki (v bou) this week.
    -4 means either
    Mount (v NEW) and C.Wilson (v NOR)
CHO (v NEW) and Aubumayang (v shu)
    • Tripling up on Chelsea with both -4 options, but they play Newcastle, Burnley, Watford in their next 3.
    • Bournemouth as someone mentioned above are tough to ignore, 4 awful defences in their next 4 - Norwich, Watford, Newcastle, United. Lots of goals there.
    • Auba is a FPL beast, but Sheff United, Palace and Wolves are all good "green" teams.

Mount and Wilson for -4 makes sense doesn't it?

this is precisely why I sold him.

Do I sell Son for Manè for -4? Had it in mind to do the move next gw, but if Son is unlikely to start I may do it this gw and save myself the 0.1m

    No
    Play the 2
    Bank the transfer
    Reassess next week
    It’s not worth a minus 4

He hasn't really been playing. I'd imagine he's in competition with Pedro and Willian?

I guess Son back to KDB is the logical choice

    I've taken a -4 and revamped my front 3.

    Aguero Pukki Wickham out
    Wilson Vardy Abraham in

Selling Aguero might go wrong but I think there's better balance there now.

my thinkin for a -4 but I need to do something about Son too. Minus 8 is hard to swallow

    I'd probably do it.
Cabellos tends to get the start against the defensive teams but gets subbed a lot....Emery did mention Ozil though.

    Is KDB definitely fit?

    Is Salah fit?

Looking at dumping pukki for a -4
    A, pukki to Wilson
    B pukki to carry
    Ç dedonker to Madison
    D pukki+ otam- Kelly auba
E do nothing and realise internationals are not well for FF health

Klopp said on the injuries (incl Salah)

Better – how good, we have to see, that’s the truth. There are two more sessions to come from this afternoon and we have to see. Then we’ll make decisions, that’s how it is. Nothing is fixed.

The players from international duty all came back healthy which is very, very important, so we have now three or four days with the full squad to prepare.

I would be 95% certain Salah will start, 85% KDB will start personally.

Thinkin of doin salah and greenwood to mane and ayew, any thoughts?

  • Registered Users Posts: 2,241 ✭✭✭Ninthlife

Told Pukki to puck off and brought in C. Wilson

Watch now for a Pukki hat trick this weekend as a result

I’m beginning to wonder will Son be benched.. heard them say he started against Brighton after last international break and scored 2 goals.

Looking at CHO myself. Has potential to go badly right/wrong in both directions.

    I wouldn't.
Ayew has a tough run of fixtures so he may not outscore your usual starter(s) in the 4-4-2 or 3-5-2.

I did Salah to Mane early with my FT but I still have WC.

My front 2 are aguero and abraham so by transferring salah to mane itll allow me to play 3 up front ayew for greenwood with aguero and Abraham

    Pukki to Jimi done.
No idea why Tielemans is in my team but he may as well stay another week.
