If Cocaine was a legitimate product how much would it cost per KG ?

I'm guessing no more than 5 Euro per KG.

Probably around the same price as coffee.

If someone was going to the local shop you might ask them to buy some bread, milk, eggs and a KG of Cocaine.

I enjoy a snort with my beard milk.

Well tobacco is around 60 euro a kg so forgetting all other difference and other aspects involved there is no reason it would be cheaper than that and most likely far more expensive.

Well I know in Ireland it's €90 per gram and in South America it's €1-2 per gram due to how abundant it is.

Yeah but about 90% of that price is tax.

Not if it classed as a medicine.

    It would be tax free.

A lot of people would be taking Cocaine for depression.

You mentioned buying it from the local shop with groceries, that doesn't imply medicinal use.

Even at 1 Euro per gram you are still paying a premium because its illegal.

A gram of legal Cocaine should be the same price as a gram of sugar.

It can have a dual use like cannabis.

Hard to put a price on something with such a violent supply chain.

Thought the thread was going to be about how the real cost was dispair, pain and suffering.

But no, it's how to get more of the stuff potentially transported up someone's arse, into your nose.

No if it was legal it would be coming in through normal channels.

I can see Cocaine being made legal within the next 20 years.

The only way we can solve the Cocaine problem is by legalising it or by killing the gangsters who sell it.

Supposin' we kill the gangsters who sell it and more gangsters come along and start selling it and we kill them too and then even more gangsters appear , what'll we do ?
