Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

Tuning in to XFM

    107.9 on the FM band. If yer using an old "wireless" :) turn the dial as far right as possible and then a tad back...if you hear some noises you weren't expecting...that's us. Usually its best to tune in after sunset and before sunrise as we tend to come out then.

    I can't seem to tune into it, when i got to 107.9 FM I hear nothing, occasionally I get a weak signal from Country FM(106.8 I think) but I can only listen to XFM on the net at the moment.

    If you get the alternative rock station licence will it be easier to pick up?

    hey,,just discovered XFM out in the sticks of radio frequency land.

    a pleasant change from the usual dross.had just about given up on radio as a source for new music and entertainment.

    there's the odd dud but each to their own.

    anyways,,just saying keep it up.

    So is XFM Totally gone off FM?

    I am somewhat an Anorak, so should know, but there is always some uncertainty with it!

    ye never know...im sure you'll get the odd FM blip. There will be an Alice's video archive on xfmdublin.com over the xmas period when i have time.
