Weighted blanket recommended weight

Hey everyone, I'm looking at a weighted blanket. It says recommended weight is 10% of your weight, which on the website puts me around the 6kg. But they're out of stock. They have 8kg's in stock. How much does the recommended weight matter? I'm not sure why there's a recommendation so I don't want to just buy something…

But if it doesn't matter all that much, I might just go for the 8kg.

I have a 9.5 KG one i bought about 12 months ago. I weight roughly 70KG. I use it on top of my duvet and am very happy with it...
