Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.
Thanks all.

Bit of an oldie, but just to get the ball rolling....

I'm not 100% sure how up to date the answer is, but I think there are 8 players to have scored for 5 or more Premiership teams.

    Name them :)

Les and Andy are correct, Dwight isn't (Ferdinand became the first player to score for 6 clubs when he went to Bolton)

The others are wrong, so there are 6 left.

Oops, you're right, Sunderland makes it 5. There are 9 so.

Sorry guys, was away for a couple of days, the answer is:
    1. Nick Barmby. (Spurs, Middlesborough, Everton, Liverpool, Leeds).
    2. Ashley Ward. (Norwich, Derby, Barnsley, Blackburn, Bradford).
    3. Stan Collymore. (Liverpool, Villa, Leicester, Notts Forest, Bradford).
    4. Benito Carbone. (Sheffield Wednesday, Villa, Bradford, Middlesborough, Derby).
    5. Les Ferdinand. (Leicester, QPR, Spurs, West Ham, Newcastle, Bolton)
    6. Mark Hughes (Man Utd, Chelsea, Everton, Blackburn, Southampton).

That's very much out of date. Two of the three I named (and I'd say there's probably a few more) have scored for five different clubs.

Marcus Bent (Ipswich, Leicester, Everton, Charlton, Wigan)
Craig Bellamy (Coventry, Newcastle, Blackburn, Liverpool, West Ham)

Hmmm, so it appears! As I said in the OP, it was a question I was asked more than a year ago so I wasn't sure how up to date it was.
