The Dodgiest Santa down through the years

So, down through the years did you encounter any particularly dodgy santa?
This can be in the pub as well. If you were a Santa were you dodgy?

I don't have a story to add but this will be an interesting thread to follow. I think it's best suited for after hours for some epic stories

A few years ago I saw a drunk homeless Santa in some square in Barcelona, my kid was about 4 and he innocently thought "Oh great a Santa", and he came over looking for money trying to use the kids interest to get some money for his next can of cider.

Very sad.

When I think of Bad Santas I immediately think of Billy Bob Thornton as the amoral, venal, alcoholic Santa...

This has taken me back to Dan Aykroyd chewing on half a roll and half his beard

Never met him myself but an ex of mine was molested by an in-store Santas when she sat on his knee as a small child in the mid-eighties. It's made me (perhaps unfairly) very wary of them as I'm sure they're all garda vetted these days. I suppose it's a sign of how much this country has changed for the better in the last 30 years that she wouldn't have felt she couldn't tell anyone had it happened nowadays.
