Hi. I am trying to read an invoice which is in German.

2. In the bill there is a reference to 'o. E.'. What is this? Is this like E & OE in English; Errors and Omissions Excepted?

Is that a bill from a legal professional? KostO stands for Kostenordnung something like a table of legal fees. O. E. could stand for "ohne Extras" i.e. without extras, but it depends on the context.
