Hey, when installing a power shower, are you required to use an pull cord isolator or will a fused spur outside the bathroom do.

    Requires 3A fused connection unit?

And I'll throw it on a 10a RCBO

Bathroom work is restricted to Recs

You will be breaking the law if you proceed

Not only is the advice you’re receiving here flawed, I’d also question anyone who does try and correct you. Going on what you’ve suggested doing, I’d be confident in saying that this job is way over your level of competence. Don’t f-ck around with a shower, seriously.

    I was joking

No-one can safely advise as the Op is a non-rec and will do no testing

Who's says I'm not a REC, just looking for advice on the installation

    Not here for advice.

But rec is required for all bathroom works.

For a shower you need a pull cord in the room for isolation.

The shower needs to be on 10mm cable with 45A mcb

This would be typical of a 9.5kw shower.

For a fan to remove the steam this has to have a switched fuse for isolation.

It's not an instantaneous electric shower, it's a pumped shower.

An REC would already know & wouldn't need advice on the installation. :)

It's not an instantaneous electric shower, it's a pumped shower.

All electric showers require rcd and the fuse would have to be rated for the shower type.
