Dry eyes & ulcer

Have had chronic dry eyes following surgery for about 18y now. Recently had an ulcer on one eye due to dryness. I want to go to a specialist and get some advice on minding my eyes and what can be done. They are v itchy etc but tbh am used to that. However the redness is awful and obviously developing an ulcer has alarmed…

Have had chronic dry eyes following surgery for about 18y now.

Recently had an ulcer on one eye due to dryness.

I want to go to a specialist and get some advice on minding my eyes and what can be done. They are v itchy etc but tbh am used to that. However the redness is awful and obviously developing an ulcer has alarmed me a bit.

I was thinking of the Wellington Clinic? (Am in Dublin).

Most threads are just about surgery. Anyone getting treatment for chronic dry eyes that they’d recommend?
