Anyone had any dealings with torch factory in the UK, bought a Evo 67 off them and after confirmation email to say my order went through and money has been processed haven't heard a thing and no replies to my emails

Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

I bought a few items off them a few years ago with no issues with payment or delivery. Still have everything in good working order. Not much help to you though
