I have a kuppersbush induction hob which is malfunctioning One ring isn't working E4 is flashing when I turn the hob on I am having trouble finding a service agent in dublin or Ireland the service agent won't service products outside warranty anyone got any ideas It is only 3years old

Hi. I would try Ness appliances in the North. They are the agents now as far as I know. Do you have the model number for this?
