If I lost my bank of Ireland debit card and cancelled it, will I still be able to use my revolut card or is it linked to the debit card?

There's no link between them. It's just one way to top up your Revolut account.

If you can't wait for the new card you can do a bank transfer from BoI to Revolut.

You just won't be able to do an instant top up as that goes through your card...But you would be able to iban it over but won't be as quick.
