    Numbers are supposed to be between 1 and 10 inclusive and also picked from 25, 50, 75, 100 (maximum of 2 of each of the small numbers, maximum of 1 of each of the large numbers).

    This one is 10*(75+25) - (4*14) - 1 = 943
