Guaranteed, is that what you mean?

    "I have 20 teams in a $3 $300k GTD"
I didnt get what the GTD is.
If its "Guaranteed" i still dont understand how that works!!

Sorry for the q's im just curious because i only play the Millimaker and a couple of podcast leagues

Just means that the prizepool is guaranteed to be $300k regardless of whether the contests fills up or not. They will be obliged to cover the extra if somehow it's short of entrants, I have yet to see it happen though .

Some other constests, mainly big buy ins don't be guaranteed, like there is a 4 man contest that's $25k to enter with the winner getting $100k, but if that doesn't fill up it won't run, they are not guaranteeing the $100k prize.

Threw 5 in the $3 and just one in the Milly, would usually throw a few more darts in the latter. Liking DJ, bubba, kokrak & Smith.

3 on Paddy Power? Is that bets or do they have some sort of fantasy that I'm oblivious to?

Ya they have a pretty bug fantasy place, not near DK tbf but decent golf ones most weekend, and if your into NFL a 4.44 buck milly maker every week

Main this week for golf was a 15 with 200,000k euro up top

    Back at it this wk
    Going with
    Wolff
    Woodland
    & Jason Day

    Any others playing this wk?

  • Registered Users Posts: 2,199 ✭✭✭qwabercd

Threw one team in there after seeing your post. Hideki, Wolff, day, woodland, burns & Ortiz. Similar to yourself!

Any of ye do the fantasy race to Dubai? Put a team in for the craic, long time since I entered it. Not sure if the Irish times will resurrect their fantasy game, really hope they do.

Alright lads, still chipping away myself, have 5 teams in total, I'm in the $15 Mayo experience, team started ok, but I stacked it well with players playing the easier NC, so we will see how it goes today.

As an aside I entered the 'Race for the Mayo Cup' its a season long One & Done competition, I'm liking the format and glad to get stuck into something that's long term, anyone else playing it?

Have 6 teams in myself, total outlay of about $60, see if any of them are going well over the weekend, I have Palmer in 3 teams myself , good cheap option I thought.

  • Registered Users Posts: 1,567 ✭✭✭CMcsporty

Ryan Palmer doing Ryan Palmer things yesterday - DB on his last hole yesterday (9th)
Even Wolff managed to Par the 9th! His last hole yest. WD today.

Picked a dummy team this week as there wasn't much space left and I wanted to get it in before it filled up. Had planned to go back and change but completely forgot so I effectively ended up with a lucky dip. Lucky bring the wrong word, Bryson was one of the picks!

  • Registered Users Posts: 1,567 ✭✭✭CMcsporty

But you luckily avoided Wolff and Cantlay!!

Ended up with Reed, Im, Molinari, An, Kirk, Wallace

Asking allot to get An, Kirk & Wallace to make cut.
Hoping they can make some putts this wk.

An, Kirk & Wallace all made the cut...Molinari & Reed did not!!

Going to spin the wheel again on Molinari & Kirk.

    How much have you got?

Dahmen 6.4, Gooch, Noren 6.6 are ok options potentially, Schwartzel 6.8 if you have that much

You might want to lose one of your 3 big names though serious value in the 7m range, Conners, Ancer, Bradley, Hoffman, Burns, Leishman etc, spoilt for choice tbh

Just punched in your team actually and see you have 6.4m to spare, yeah not much down that low, I'd go a bit more balanced if I was you!
