Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

Hi Is it 60 days or 180 days you have to file a dispute? PayPal seems to say 180 but I thought I read here it was 60? Thanks

If the item is from a country that still has majority of flights cancelled, it could be delayed by weeks.

USA, Australia, New Zealand are 3 examples where standard airmail has huge delays
