Just a statement to blow off some steam, do your wurst boardsies

Over the course of the last few weeks I have put on quite a bit of weight between the weather, lockdown, Xmas and injuries. Ive woken today after sleeping for 16 hours (could be due to restless sleep the last few days)... Time to make some Adjustments ASAP #gym #summerbod #NoTakeaways

    16 hours... how? I'm lucky if I get 6.
You sound depressed, try and put some structure in your life, get active, try and achieve little things like finishing a book or two.
Otherwise you'll be stuck as you are.

    Brexit is fcuking up deliveres.

    It's only January 13th!!!

    Happiness, coming and going
I watch you look at me, and watch my fever grow

    Stop reading the news then.

What is wrong with people who watch/read the news? Are that fcuked up that they enjoy misery?

And don't give me the 'I want to inform myself' crap, it's illogical. You are basically misery fetishists.

You realise that these media companies make huge profits telling people about other people's tragedies (murders/deaths/illnesses/injustices), right?

My life has become much better since I stopped reading/watching/listening to the news.

Be intelligent. Focus on your own problems and fix those instead of salivating over other people's terrible lives.

This stuff doesn't get half the recognition it deserves.

Cheers for the roast, much appreciated

The weeks have almost been skipping by, the weekends are gone in a flash. The monotony and repetition of this lockdown is damn near insanity lads. Just a case of staying productive i guess

Sometimes I only get 4 hours sleep then I have to drive 40 mins work 12 hours drive home. I'd never waste a day sleeping 16 hours.plenty of time to sleep when your dead.

I cant put up with anymore of this month, its so cold, wet & grey. My drive way and garden is muddy and gross all the time, I walked outside today and when came back in I looked like id just ran through a muddy field..
Im f*cking fed up of constantly thinking about covid, not making anyone sick, not getting sick, did I wash my hands well enough? did I touch anything? im sick and tired of getting annoyed at other people for not following restrictions.
My town looks like it did in the height of the recession in 2010, everything is shut, it's full of bored teenagers in grim looking leggings, tracksuits & hoodies hanging around in groups.
January and February are the worst months of the year and they seem to drag on forever.

Been the slowest January I've ever experienced

I find the "January blues" are self inflicted. People are now expected to be depressed in January because that's what's supposed to happen. If you're depressed (and I say this in the most neutral way possible), you need to have a look at yourself and why. January is just another month, there's nothing better or worse about it. Maybe get rid of the whole "It's a new year!" shyte to begin with, that's a starting point to fall from. It's just another month.

I agree with your post, however, the main caveat here... are you anti-mask/vaccine/covid?
get some Vitamin D into you

    Produce my own. Yurt!
