Hello, I am currently not sleeping well done to noise coming from outside my window, seagulls. I use the wax earplugs from Boots which work well but during the night they fall out and I keep waking up. I've tried the foam and silicone ones but they are less effective. Does anyone have any suggestions on good quality…

Hello,

You can get customised hearing protectors made for you by your local audiologist. You will pay a few hundred euro for these. If you require any further info PM me
