Sweet, sweet motor, looks the business in white. Can you let us know how you get on with the VRT if it is exactly what it estimates on the Revenue website that you end up paying.

Just back from vrt and it was the exact same price as on the website.
All he seemed interested in was Vin and milage.
No mention of the £2000 premium sat nav upgrade or the upgraded seats.
    Happy enough with that!!

What year car was it? If the car is more than 4 years old all extra options are excluded from VRT anyway, but I don't think they bother doing this the way they are meant to, not in my experience anyway. Here's the bit from the manual on how to calculate VRT

Age of vehicle Reduction in OMSP of extras
    Less than 3 months 0%
    Less than 1 year 10%
    Less than 2 years 25%
    Less than 3 years 40%
    Less than 4 years 55%
    Over 4 years 100%

Fair play CIP. It looks great. Happy motoring.

You cam all tell me what you want, but in my opinion seat is definitely one of the best looking new cars there. I would get leon cupra in a heart beat, but it's too much for me.

    Very nice Cip.
    Well wear with it.
Best color too by the way,
Looks decent mpg according to the kms on the clock.

I am a big fan of the white glade I went with that colour :) Last fill up it did 39mpg seems to be improving all the time as the mileage increases but anything around the 40mpg mark I will be happy with. Any new diesel we ever had at home seemed to take 10k km for the engine to fully bed in and for the mpg to reach their max might be different with a petrol I don't know.

That's your parents getting used to it not the car.
All that malarkey is no longer the case.

The engine is as good as it can be as it leaves the factory.

Just sold my A4 1.8t sport
Someone got a lot of car for not a lot of money.
Sold to the first person who viewed and was delighted with what he saw.
Got some load of offers of swaps (mostly piles of ****e) even though ad stated no swaps

I would be back in Blob subaru in a heart beat, if I did not needed to drive 80miles for work every day. :( The main reason my WRX had to be sold. Still miss it.
