    Large bright double bedroom en-suite in a two bedroom apartment. The room is equipped with plenty of storage (large wardrobe & bedside lockers). The apartment is on the third flooor & has all appliances & utensils & modern conveniences; gas central heating/water, TV in living room. NO Wi-Fi Broadband in the apartment [if required it will be at your own expense].

    References essential. Please email your interest with a brief description of yourself.

    Please note that the room is for single occupancy only. Looking for a responsible, honest and tidy person. There is no reserved parking, however, there is ample street parking available nearby.

    One months deposit and one months rent in advance is payable on the day you move in. Rent is inclusive of Electricity / Gas / Refuse Charges (fair usage applies).

    Where you are based you could get a second year student in d c u. Contact the student services as many would be happy mon to Friday rental.
