I'm wondering what the best Bargain cycling jacket with hood for a commuter cyclist would be? Also any reflective stuff I can stick to my backpack?

I'm looking for something similar, with side pockets instead of the ones on the rear, they give me a pain in the tits when i'm trying to fish out keys and all that.

I always get the crivit ones from aldi/Lidl. They come up on a regular basis and always kept me dry.
And there are fluorescent covers for backpacks.the RSA give them away free. Order on their website.
