i certainly haven't heard of it. they don't seem too widely stocked, is it a bike shop in skerries which sells them?

    Is this it ??? http://www.torpado.com/allway/bike.php?id=53

I'm seeing different versions of this though in searches, some have Campagnolo and others Shimano either way I've never heard of the brand and IMO the bike is fugly as sin and 23mm tyres in 2019????. For 800 euro you could do very well in the second hand / bought and never used market.

What’s wrong with 23mm tyres - excuse my ignorance but why is that not a good thing in your opinion.

Every major brand has now decided 25 - 28 is both faster and more comfortable, which is not always the case IMO but for Irish roads I believe wider tyres are the way to go.

The components on that bike are poor and it's bad value

Something like this would be better

If you don't like giant there are loads of other good brands to choose from.

Even pro's use wider tyres these days but for us mortals it's for comfort maninly

Absolute scrap. Low end components and not even the latest version, the crankset looks like something from 4/5 years ago. Heavy no name wheels, cheap no name tyres, cheap in house heavy finishing kit and saddle and €800!!!

For €770 you’ll get a Cube Attain delivered from CRC. It’s a Quality bike with the latest Claris R2000 groupset including crankset which many skimp on, internal cabling and full carbon fork. I have one and it’s a fantastic bike, very nicely finished and very comfortable. I also have an S-Works Roubaix and a Felt VR30 and the Attain is every bit as enjoyable to ride as they are...for a LOT less money!
