It has considerable control. A lot of money was squandered by the Tories over the decades. They should have been taxing and saving for the rainy day instead of bragging about the Alberta advantage.

Just the type of fearless, decisive leadership that's required in these turbulent times eh.

Andrew Scheer doesn't believe in gay marriage, in this video from 2005 that they dug up.

Considering he doesn't attend gay pride parades, he probably hasn't changed his views from the 2005 video

There are problems with Justin Trudeau but at least he is living in the 21st century unlike the Conservative party

That was fourteen years ago. A bunch of the Liberals also didn't believe in gay marriage at that time. The Muslims in the Liberal cabinet also refuse to attend the Pride parades which are just open displays of degeneracy these days anyway. Another four years of Trudeau and his Libs would be disastrous for Canada.

I think it's fair to say that all the candidates have their issues and none are exactly inspiring. I think though that Trudeau is still the most likeable and that Scheer is not being helped by the antics of Kenney or Ford in their respective provinces. I expect Liberals will win the most seats but not a majority and will need NDP to prop them up. Not sure it will be the disaster you think it will be.

Be careful of what mainstream media you consume in Canada. Both CBC and CTV are bought and paid for by the Liberal government and have an extreme leftist bias. A Liberal majority will be a disaster. A Liberal and NDP government will be catastrophic for Canada. Expect separation referendums in Alberta and Sask if that happens. Trudeau is in no way likeable. He is deeply corrupt, absolutely out of his depth and is working for the globalists rather than Canadians.

Ah you're one of those types. Well, no point in debating with you, unlikely to get anything coherent.

One of what type? Great way to evade the issue.

What does any of this mean for prospective new Canadians? Any changes?
