Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

    Hi guys,
    My name is Rebecca and I'm a journalist with the Irish Independent (Independent.ie). I'm working on a story looking at people's experiences of renting in Dublin- particularly as the current climate is so crazy. I'm looking for stories of people being isolated from the market because of rising costs, having to live in poor accommodation or having to travel long distances because of not being able to afford accommodation. I'd really love to hear some people's experiences.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
