1. The Mall. Parkrun here every Saturday.
2. Commonly known as 'The Bypass', the Sli na Slainte route goes through the Mall out either the Ballinalee or Battery Road and back in a loop down the other. About 5k around, and quite popular.
3. Royal Canal Greenway. Park behind Dealz and head towards the train track, cross under it, and you can go the whole 16k off road (some road crossings) to Clondra and the Shannon.
Local running groups and clubs like Brendan Doyle might be able to help you out further.
