Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

    Wired headset because in their wisdom, the car manufacturer somehow has support for Bluetooth calls but not media audio playback.

    Lol yep. It's ridiculous :)

    It's a great car but it's 2008 so not worthwhile spending money upgrading... (but if you do know of any specialists who could do it for small money, let me know)

    I got one of those before but the quality was horrible. (Maybe I should have got a top-end one)

    Stereos with AUX and Bluetooth are also very cheap but not always easy to replace, it depends on the car.

    I dont, just I've heard it mentioned a few times in relation to Audi. It is ridiculous.

    I did it in my car. Cost me under €100, 70 for a stereo and 20 for the surround as the new stereo was smaller than the old.
